Network and Dial-up Connection Errors (MS Windows)
Listed here are Microsoft Windos Network and DUN errors along with some
tips, tutorials and fixes. Feel free to add your tip or

Restart the computer as Microsoft recommends. If this doesn't help,
check if your modem is responding: go to Control Pannel -> Modems ->
Diagnostics, select the COM port your modem is located on, Click on
"More info". If modem responds, highlight the modem, remove it and restart
the computer. Reinstall the modem. If you still getting the problem,
disable RNAAPP: press Ctrl+Alt+Del, highlight RNAAPP, click on "End task"
and reboot your computer.

| The COM port that the network connection attempted to use is already in use by another active network connection or another process (for example, a phone line monitoring program, such as a fax program). Quit the application that is blocking the use of the COM port. |
